I can answer both to almost all of those questions, I mean, I kinda want it to be a healthy mix. I was thinking something like a Union of Caribbean Communist states that builds ships domestically and buys them from the Warsaw Pact, paying for it all with cash crop exports like sugar, e.t.c So, like...

Evidently, it never made it past the drawing board, but there are sketches of proposed outlines running around.

It was, as you can see, not a perfect modification of DarthPanda LT vz 38. 99Problems try to make couple of FD scale german tanks like command version of Panzer I and sIG 33 and he was not good at it. If you want you can make a Marder II, I think DP make Panzer II some time ago ... or no ? I'm actu...
