my estimate for your dimensions would be about 5000+ tonnes, so 2000 seems a bit low to me. for an speed of 28 knots I would suppose the engines be gas turbines, for which you lack intakes. also, could you please replace that screw with an newer drawing of an propeller which actually fits this type...
