I would add a horizontal blak line at the top of the bow because there is a real edge or at least a dark grey line the hull doors should be darker (black) The cranes should be lighter (white) I agree with lighter cranes. As for the rest, I'll experiment with colors but to be honest I'm happy with h...

Aren't the top masts too thin?
IMO thin 1-pixel lines are better for depicting cables or steel tubes or something like that because that's exactly how they look right now: you cant't tell they're wooden.

Drawing a small ship might be even more challenging than a large one. I think you've done it very well.

Recently I learned about the Ulstein X-Bow ships and I liked them right away because of their unusual look and modern technology.
