Just out of curiosity: is there a reason why flags on the two last ships are a little bit different (color and the crown)?

Thanks! I'm not on a certain vessel type, just trying different things to develop a right way of drawing for me. So far I found these File Names instructions . But what confuses me is that the country is represented by 1, 2 or 3 symbol codes or most often there's no country code at all. I think we could really make use of the ISO 3166 standard which will make file names much clearer and easier to understand an...
