The ELC EVEN was a proposal for the French program Engin Léger de Combat (light tank). Sorry, it's a mistake. The first ship is the Temerario (first unit of the class) and the second the Galicia (the last).

Galicia was the last unit of the Temerario torpedo-gunboat class and differed in the machines and armament of its sisters.
