Unfortunately, the real reasons which are causing such massive debts here are things which will not be easily solved, particularly because the vast majority of those in the position to make policy at the moment (and for much of the last century, really) have no interest in fixing these problems.

Basically this ('94 Chevrolet Corsica, 3.1L V-6) only dark blue and with a bit more wear around the edges (240,000 miles will do that).

Wouldn't it make an awful lot more sense to raise concerns about the site's new management to Colo, considering it was he who made the decision to leave management in the hands of Golly in his absence?

I don't see any major problems design-wise. There might be some issues with color conventions, but I'm not certain. Are the ships supposed to be two different colors above the waterline, or is the darker color on the hull intended to represent the slope of the hull?
