Hey BB, with the Triple 25mm enclosed mounts... The Yamato had slightly different mounts. At that, Yamato had 2 different types of these turrets. If you want, I have a front view of both and can make side/ top views if need be.

The secondaries seem good, overall hull is a good start. the only thing I think is a major problem is the spacing between the primary turrets (deck to super firing). I must remember, wile from the side in a 2d view it seems like the deck turrets can turn clear of the super-firing barbet, the turret ...

To my knowledge, Japanese warships in Jane's fighting ships have incorrect details since they are older renditions. I'm not so sure as to the British, American, and German ships though.
