Within the above document, I found a sketch of the steam-powered FY67 DDG on page 257. This document also contains some sketches for a number of Project Seahawk designs.

The communication systems did make me think of the Blue Ridge, and hence did lead to me thinking that had a flagship role.

Are the dorsal and ventral turrets meant to be the Boulton-Paul Type H and Type O? I'm not aware of any other 20mm cannon armed designs that would be available in 1939.

Are the HA Directors for the TS1 system or are they the MkV DCTs that appeared on the KGVs and Implacable?
