I think on a ship this size, more twin secondary guns would be fine.

Go with a twin 16" since you want a pair of massive guns not really useful on a ship this size. 20" is just completely unrealistic. Your best bet with it anyway would be a single fixed mount on an impossibly wide beam.

When you increase something as major as the hull, EVERY system of the vital to its operation (not the guns or weapons) sub must be increased in size proportionate to the change. Those dive-planes are puny and will only slow the ship down, rather than change its direction. And, adding aft torpedo tub...

You forgot to resize the rudder, props, and increase the amount of space in the ship above the waterline. The sub would get washed over in even calm seas, and eventually you would have a similar incident to the British M-class subs of the 20's.Also, if you want that much sheer below the waterline, y...

Will there be a full-hull version to come? It looks like a nice scouting submarine.

Why would you want the enemy to clearly identify your ship from afar? That would most likely either get this ship sunk, or prove its just a destroyer, leaving larger vessels to take a greater punch.

Well, a turreted twin 4.5" gun on a submarine is impractical, especially when its on a submarine that barely has potential for coastal duty (ie: the shallow draft, and overall thin hull)
