I managed to find some sort of linedrawing for Voima, From Russian sources, which is bit embarasing, sad but typical for our ships. The linedrawing I used did not show any additional keels, despite the mentioned retractable stabilators have been mentioned. But this project is drawings wise constantly upgradable, so as I get more info, I can add more details

I actually liked the aesthethics of the previous rendition more, but this design at this size does speak well for reasonable fit of all the capacity into single hull. Of their propable offshore deployments, I dont think its been the main motivator, but certainly they would provide more capacity for ...
