I agree with the previous comments. The CoAs are often based on the historic crests of cities and states (except for those ships named after people, of course) and the political implications are pretty non-existent. As long as the discussion remaines non-political, it should be fine.

Yes, I found out that SMS Emden and DKM Emden had a different CoA quite literally after I uploaded my picture. I think this one should work for the older cruisers:
