its not bad entertainment. Lots of interesting errors in it didn't know the RAN's standard pistol was the Cz75.
The production company has worked very closely with the RAN in the filming of it.

Doesn't help that the political and civil service class keep resetting to the "we'll get 10 years warning of any conflict" they still do it its one of the pillars of Options for change defence review.

JSB there is a difference between what you call picking up on my design fault and what I feel has happened to most of my posts over the last 6 months or so. I have now withdrawn all my drawings for the forum. I will continue to watch and draw for fun but suspect I won't be putting any of them on here.

Oerlikon was a more effective close in weapon than the .5 Vickers. especially in multiple mounts. It got a higher rate of fire and a better projectile. what if your type 26 is carrying a merlin and not a wildcat? Merlin isn't getting ASM capability which I feel is very short sighted. The reasons is service politics give merlin ASM and frigate captains would prefer merlins capability and flexibility to wildcat.

I think with a crystal ball the pom poms would have been replaced with more effective Anti aircraft guns like Bofors an oerlikon
