Good luck with the fittings, you also have to remember with the 6" and 8" they will need to have ammunition handling rooms and magazines underneath the turrets, and then you still have to do your machinery rooms. Actually, since you guys gave me the hull-form, my mind literally went screaming alarm...

while it may look good on paper, you try drawing that with all the weaponry you have given it, and in the places you have said they are to go. The ship just is not big enough to take it. Which is why I hate Springsharp and wont use it. It gives too many false reports and lets ships like yours into ...

Yes, much. She has the German trend of a separate Secondary Battery/Heavy AA Battery which cost space but that's a deliberate design decision. You might want to try a version with a true DP Battery, this will save you much weight which can be used for other things like thickening armor... Your desi...

Deutchsland is much better. Jormungand has a few issues: - Main Belt not fully protecting magazines and engineering spaces - TDS too thick, cut in half @main belt issue: since the only way to get the main belt to protect the magazines and engineering spaces is going 40ft+ and people here say that i...

I would, definitely, - cut end belt to 2-4" - cut upper/main 15" is very thick and hard to make (the face hardening) and not sure that you need that much (Bismark only had 12.6") - Beam between torpedo bulkheads 25.00 m (30m total beam) only gives you 2.5m each side is that sufficient ? - gun mount...

No, more things like end and upper belts - usually too thin to do much good. Put on a very thick main belt, CT, armor for guns and deck and leave everything else unarmored... Alright then, hope the next design is more to your liking... Well, here's a battleship design that I cooked up: Deutchsland,...
