Aside from the aforementioned pixel glitch on the shaft, excellent work. Quite competitive with the finest ships of the bucket.

The emblem/crest/logo on the stack appears to be a least-squares resizing of a large version. This results in an 'un-shipbucket-ish' look, and is to be avoided. If one must create a crest of that size, it should probably be redrawn by hand at the proper scale.

Otherwise it is a good start.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA FANTASTIC! I don't know about the forward sub though, I'd prefer a small fleet of advanced Bibers or some other minisub. How does the forward hangar work? You're going to have major blast/shock concerns from those monstrous guns. Regarding freeboard, a few more decks wouldn't be a bad...

Yes, I quite agree on the gun. You could probably drop on a 76mm Oto without tremendous difficulty, but a 4.5" mount is just too big and heavy.

The railing around the ASW mortar could use a rework. Otherwise, another fine drawing.

Very nice works. I've always found the 19th-century turret style (perfect cylinder) to be visually amusing.

I like the teak idea, although I agree that lightening the shade might make it less visually distracting.

RIM-7E was almost identical to AIM-7E. The two systems diverged somewhat over time, but I believe the vast majority of parts remain interchangeable.

Not sure why you have the old Mk-29 GMLS on the fantail. It's an 2 round launcher, or the equivalent of just two Mk-41 SD cells. So we're all clear, both Mk 25 (BPDMS) and Mk 29 (IPDMS) hold eight ready-to-fire Sea Sparrows. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3012/2596226133_74f39241c4.jpg http://www.t...

Oh, ok. I think 'chine' is the correct word.
