Hello again!

The map is fixed. Imageshack was a real short-lived experience... :(

Hello! As far as I know, the Spanish had not decided on the design of their 1914 battleships (one of them was supposed to be named Reina Victoria Eugenia); specifications included 8-343mm guns plus 20 smaller ones on a 20.000 ts hull (according to Breyer); as the Ferrol yard was partly british owned...

Hello Waritem

Consider the Prat booked (but don't expect her too quickly...) - the Deodoro is claimed by Biancini1995, and of the Zaragoza there seems to be only one Picture on the whole WWW (I check my Edition of Conway's, though, although their drawings are woefully inaccurate)

Hello

Well, so far I have source material for IJN Azuma and Matsushima and the russian Cesarevic and Bayan (none of which I found in the archive or anyone's to-do list). I'm not really into post-1945 ships (or civilian ones for that matter), but otherwise, suggestions are welcome

Hello again! The last pre-dreadnought to be depicted here is the LN Fianna (named after the resistance fighter gangs who fought the English in the insurgence campaign 1808 - 1813), a FCM-built coastal defence ironclad commissioned in 1886. She was too small and too slow (15 knots) to effectively ope...

Hello again! Subject to time and inclination, I intend to add a few of the (surprisingly) many french-built exports of the pre-dreadnought era to the bucket over the next few months (or years). The first one is the Svetlana, one of the very few russian ships to give a good account of herself at Tsus...

Hello again! Moving back further on the timeline, this is LN Oireachtas (named after the designation for the common assembly of both houses of the Thiarian Parliament), a pre-predreadnought barbette ship obviously based upon the spanish Pelayo, but with more engine power for 18 knots of speed, +seco...

Hello again!

Something real for a change: Spain's sole battleship for a quarter century, and one of the longest-living barbette ironclads.

Excellent drawings however your backstories don't exactly appear to meet the reality of such times. In these ships in particular you give mention of scoring many hits whilst the enemy could not land such. The reality of the times is that these ships did not have centralized Fire Control at the time...

Hello I don't know where the small town you live in is located, but I have the same problem in the westernmost edge of Germany. No MajHost at all since at least yesterday evening. And the Images I posted with MajHost on this forum have vanished too. Maybe it broke down because too many people came f...
