What about "what you think the next generation Large Surface Combatant ought to look like?" It wouldn't necessarily have to be limited to the USN, but it could be if we want to do one with tighter rules.

I would suggest reviewing color as well, the RN paint is lighter, and a bit less saturated in all the pictures I've seen.
