Blackbuck the design is pretty interesting but wouldn't a better ASW chooper than the A-III be available?

What are the specs on the Su-26? I always loved the Su-17 series and this of course appears to be a sucessor. What is the engine?

*Sigh* No disrespect to the fine Harrier pilots but you have to imagine what the results of the Flaklands campaign could have been if Ark Royal was there with a wide-range combat air patrol with Phantoms and Bucs for long-range strike

I had the opportunity to tour Antelope in Long Beach in 1978 and was entertained in the ship's "pub" that was a very civilized way to go war. It was sad to read of her sinking.

They would match up with the Adams class in overall effectiveness. Both had about the same number of SAM. Adams had ASROC, Kashin had gas turbines and higher speed.
