Great work as always Gollevainan a some what underrated work horse of the great patriotic war I may have a crack at doing Soobrazitelny in its "rescues ship guise" Pr1206 I think not much info about it out there , are you planning to Soobrazitenly with the twin turret ?

The drawing of M18 is a copy of the drawings in Ian Buxtons "Big Gun Monitors" so should be very accurate,

Post war most countries had the ability to apply a "gyro angle" to the torpedo ie the tubes where trained to 90 degrees P or S then a series of preset gyro angles applied to weapons to make the go in the desired direction and apply a spread

I suspect that as the orginal FRAM was done to take a very smal and light DASH that the undeling super structure couldn't handle a much heaver helio not to mension $$$$ of the actual helio, crew space weapon,s maintaneance and increased avgas fuel loads I never did figure out what helio I should hav...
