I personally think this would be quite useful, you've got a reasonably sized VLS for land attack stuff too by the looks of it.

RAM missile should be horizontal not vertical because it's not in a VLS
Not sure about the Phalanx placement, there is a honking great mast in front of it reducing it's field of fire to stern.

They were good vehicles, let down by the massively strained engine and transmission (maybe weight if you need them to quickly get from place to place, hard to do if the bridge falls down)
