SB Length (pixel number) = ship length (meter) / 0.1524

The SB scale is 1 feet = 2 pixels.
Please note that 1 feet is .3048 meter and so 1 pixel is 0.1524 meter: 1000 pixels are 152.4 meter (not 150).

Realistically I think the underwater. hull would still be red. I don't think they had time to get her in a drydock to paint the whole hull. For the movie several subs were used! Pay attention to the scale. The Mary Celeste was only 31 m: a very small brig!

It is a quite famous ship and it is considered the first "ghost ship": it was found without crew and passengers close to Gibraltar.
