Depends on which treaty we're talking about(Washington or London) and the time of the design, I'd say, but I doubt they would go with 12" artillery on a battleship unless it was intended to be more a cruiser killer than a capital ship for the line of battle. Of the two, I would vote for the 16", but...

Joyous days for the awesome brigade. Always had a soft spot for these beasts.
Quick question: is there any particular reason for the superfiring forward secondaries having rounded turret faces? Are they unable to turn otherwise, or is it some other reason for it?

Spectacular display. Great fun to see yet another series of Thiarian vessels. I particularly like the Pioraid-class, with their almost cruiser like appearence.
