klagldsf and Heuhen would u maybe call it a battlecruiser considering its armament and speed or no because possible without a London and Washington naval treaty ( which im assuming Haram does not abide to or to a similar treaty) cruisers could have grown to this size

so would it be possible to take the american 5"/38 or british 4.7" and create a true dual dual purpose mount also one more question how effective were the bofors guns used on Polish destroyers compared to these or to better re-frase the question what was the best destroyer gun and or mounting to use...

hmmm yes ik of both the 5"/25 however i read was more AA gun than dual purpose but i guess u could make a dual purpose mount with it and while the 4in. is excellant i feel its a little week for a destroyer i should have specified that thankyou very much everyone for these insights any others would b...

and area defense is more useful correct?
and when comparing the oto melara to the mk.45 so it depends on how much weight u can spend on your main gun
