Here's the Königsberg in 1938: Aircraft catapult with He-60; 2 could be carried, one on catapult, one disassembled below deck. 88mm twin flak; originially there were three of these, but two were removed during 36-38, when she served under the Navy Inspection. Also, new models for the 37mm twins. Aft...

@Raxar: I know what you mean. Even to me, knowing where the turrets were, they appeared reversed. I was waiting for more opinions on this matter, but I think it's better to change. Anyways, everytime I sit down and go over my pictures, I find more details and little things I missed the last time. Sh...

These bronze-plagues can be misleading, I try to find photos of the real ships, which shows the badges are different. Here's the destroyer: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/37/Zerst%C3%B6rer_Hamburg.jpg And the frigate: http://www.fregatte-koeln.de/Fregatte_Hamburg/Hamburg-F220.jpg Al...

Brezobarov, no offense taken thanks for showing confidence in my work. Bayern is now done and Hamburg had some minor changes. Here's the complete set: http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/6439/klasse101sammlung.png @KimWerner: The badges for the two Hamburg s (D181/F220) are different, here's a comparison...

https://dl.dropbox.com/u/89093895/CL_Koenigsberg_1929-1.png Went back to the Königsberg and made some minor changes. I also corrected some shading and applied a different colour schme to each of the back turrets to show the non-centerline arrangement. I hope this works, but If you have better sugge...

@ALVAMA: The Königsberg-class was built as a counter to the french Duguay-Trouin-class, armed with 4*2 155mm guns, but relatively unarmored. The Königsberg was supposed to work as a fleet cruiser, but also as scout and raider and at the same time stand up against its french counterpart. Triple turre...

@graham: Thank for the photos, they really showed some details I had previously missed on some of my references. @MOSQUITO: Well, the Nürnberg is of a different class, so differences are possible. My sources give the Königsberg-class 2 shafts, driven by 4 turbines, fired by six oil boilers and 2 10-...

Here's a first look at Karlsruhe : https://dl.dropbox.com/u/89093895/CL_Karlsruhe_1929.png I'm sticking with the small badges for now, maybe I'll do a variant with larger ones when I'm finished with all the ship's versions. As for the issue with the turrets: I'm using the guns from the updated Nürnb...
