The only obvious problem I see is the fact that France has the designated licence plate FR, and being a founding member of the Union will likely not give it up. I think you can give Fryssia either FY or FA The Euro licence plate code for France is F not FR, so he can use it, though I would choose F...

I like this ship, but I see a problem with it: it looks like the hangars, because of the rear VLS, don't have enough space for the EH-101 helicopters pictured; it looks like they'd fit, at the most, Lynx-sized helicopters. I tried it out and the Merlins do fit. But it is hard to do any big maintena...
