Would EMALS in the future be able to speed up carrier take offs? I'm not sure (maybe someone more knowledgeable on this issue should voice an opinion), but I wouldn't expect too much. Yeah, it looks somewhat Heuhen-like. :)
Interesting concept, reminds me a bit Italian Vittorio Veneto helicopter cruiser, only taken to the XXI century.
(Although this large VLS battery and main gun so much forward looks IMHO ugly, but that's just my personal esthetical opinion ;) )

Why 90 and not 120? Well, one reason is that launching all these planes would take about an hour, and their recovery another hour (there are several catapults to launch airplanes, but it takes lots of time to put them on these catapults, while during landing it's less to do - plane lands, folds wing...
