I can see a stair “clip” with an angled part of the superstructure and the fences blocking the upper end of that stair made such a stair useless.

The stair is located at the second turret, that superfired over the first turret.

Sorry, I literally tried to follow The 3 pixel rule. :( At least, the body is SUPPOSED to be welded, if I am not wrong... Plus, you’ve made a number of mistakes, plus the blue is SUPPOSED to be see trough glass.
