https://i.imgur.com/CoqW5Or.png Back with another lesser-known real design, this time it's the M1895 Lee-Navy rifle, a turn of the century straight pull that saw use with the US Navy as a shipboard weapon. It's a rather unique gun since it's origins are as an anti-torpedo boat gun, thus the high ve...

I'm not sure there would be much of a point to upgunning these ships to use 21 Cm guns, British cruisers of the period carried extremely light armor that would be dealt with just fine by 15 Cm guns. 17 Cm guns would have no trouble damaging British cruisers and 21 Cm guns would offer little advantag...

https://i.imgur.com/ltNJXfi.png The finale of my Winchester Autoloader drawings trilogy, here's the Winchester 1911SL. Yep, apparently there was another American gun called the 1911, but unlike the astonishingly successful pistol that was John Moses Browning's possible greatest gift to mankind, thi...

https://i.imgur.com/G4hRqBk.png Ladies and gents, the second fine addition to my collection of Winchester automatics, this is the Burton-Winchester Machine Rifle. Developed in 1917, this oddity of a weapon was intended for shooting down observation balloons and zeppelins. It fired a modified versio...

My first entry to gunbucket, here's the Winchester 1907SL autoloading rifle. My first drawing in a series that will attempt to cover Winchester's automatic firearms of the early 1900s. Not bad, but it could do with some more shading Yes I'm aware the shading is crude and not one of my strong suites...

Nice job Colo, you can never go wrong with an FN, they make beautiful guns. A fine addition to any collection indeed.

May I suggest drawing the Five-Seven at some point, it's a sharp looking pistol to compliment the sharp looking rifle.

So what I'm getting from Huehue's explanation is that once you exceed natural speed any increase in engine size gives diminishing returns. So the only way to get a significant increase in speed is to improve hull form. Also, the barbette one my drawing is bigger than the one I pulled off the part sh...

The three turrets for with one pointing at the bridge causes me irrational annoyance. It's so ugly ;-; The bridge looks very nice through, reminds me of a larger version of what the Mogami's have with a very pleasing style, and the turrets themselves are very handsome. Can't say much about the desig...

That is Jabbas Invincible hull, so the first thing to do is to get your crediting correct, His name goes first, yours second. The drawing itself is no more than ok. The guns are too long for the size of the turrets. BC's of that era have very tall topmasts because of the weak radio signals they had...
