If anyone has a link to that new pattern Merlin I'd love to have it. I had to fudge the undercarriage and then hide the fudging behind the net railings.

Ooh, neat. Google has revealed that there was also a twin mount concept for that gun. I didn't know Oerlikon ever made gatlings.

Also, thoughts on the substitution of a GAU-12/U for the M61 on the Phalanx-called-Guardian CIWS? The idea is better ballistics and a tighter dispersion makes it better at longer range than 20mm, increasing the PK and decreasing risk of fragments to the ship.

It also appears that the stacks are too far aft. In the reference image, they are forward of the boat handling area and that sort of "waist" in the super structure. Right now they might be infringing on the hangar space somewhat.

These are awesome. I'd be really interested in seeing the SCB conversions, particularly the SCB-125s. Versions of Oriskany would be nice.
