I think it will fit between the engine pods, as shown in the (not so accurate) diagram on upper right corner.

You might want to try a 747SP tail, and I imagine it would suck to work the upper deck, even worse than DC-8-61 and 757-300.
Early 747 concepts are full double deck, but they are narrowbodies instead of widebody.
