Having moved away from drawing only personal designs, I have quite a lot of ships to submit in the next upload session and would like to have some questions answered for future reference. Besides a drawing meeting site standards, what are other criteria used to determine which drawings get uploaded ...

Finally completed, this is the last of the Knapp roller ships. This particularly vessel was intended to serve as a fast transatlantic liner, and in Frederick Knapp's fantasies as the vessel that would finally take Queen Victoria to Canada. Knapp claimed that his roller ships would be unaffected by w...

Thanks. The source image eswube provided is at an angle showing both its side and stern, and given that the bow and stern are nearly identical, I could possibly draw a front view of it. Believe it or not (well it's probably really believable since I have a habit of drawing weird vehicles), I'm actua...

There might not be any reference images of these ships during their short careers, but it doesn't hurt to ask around. I'm looking for side profile photos or drawings of the SS Atlantus, SS Creteboom, SS Selma, SS San Pasqual or the SS Palo Alto when they were in service before they were sunk or beac...
