I'm sure it's just ESSM. Even a 'phib combat system can queue RAM. SeaRAM could literally be bolted to anything, and require (if anything) only a turn-me-on switch in some C&C space. Do you know if this is in fact the planar antenna that was tested on Leyte Gulf? I know you sketched it up from that picture of a model in World Naval Weapons Systems.

No reason to use SeaRAM instead of the usual mount. OHP can direct the radarless mount just fine.
