It's been a while guys...Greeting to everyone and stay safe.

Despite I was not active I continue to draw a lot of vessels and now I deside to start this topic regarding The Hellenic Coast guard and it's numerus types of boats (a real headake for the logistical support).

My first ship is the just delivered P355GR class of 3 ships (+1 optional for the future) of a 37m Patrol boat from Italian shipyards ''Cantiere Navale Vittoria''.
The ship's are named by HCG officers fall on duty with the name of the first one taken from the officer ''Marinos Zampatis'' who was killed during chasing and gunshots with Albanian Drug Dillers in the sea between Corfu island and Greek/Albanian Borders on the mainland.
Its speed with full load is 38 knots and with average load it exceeds the 40 knots while the maximum range with a speed of at least 18 knots exceeds the 1,000nm
Each vessel is equipped with two dual-axis 12.7mm caliber Elbit Systems light Remote Controlled Naval Weapon Stations (RCNWS), capable of 360-degree coverage. A flexible weapons pedestal enables use of a range of firepower, including a 12.7mm heavy machine gun, an FN MAG 58 or MG37.62mm machine gun or a 40mm automatic grenade launcher.

More info for the class : https://www.navalanalyses.com/2020/10/c ... ssels.html

POB-24G Feakas(Φαίακας) Class Patrol Boat

There was an order at Croatian Shipyards for 6 boats, but only 2 have been delivered. The remaining four (4) boats will not be delivered following legal action of HCG against the manufacturer after the bankrupt of the shipyard which declared unable to complete the order. Each of the boats of the class is 24,6 m long with max speed 32 kts and can bear a .50" heavy machine gun but currently are unarmed.

Great to see You back!
Nice work on both of these (personally I'd made the mast of POB-24G black, though).

These are beautiful, I generally dislike the old superlight yellow for the props but these are very good, specially for their size.

Sa'ar 4 class OPV

The three Sa'ar 4 class vessels are the most heavily armed boats in service with the Hellenic Coast Guard. The ships are based on the Sa'ar 4 fast attack craft of the Israeli Navy. The contract for the procurement of the ships was signed on 2002. This was the first Israeli naval sale to a European Union country. The first two ships, Fourni and Ro, were built in Israel by the Israel Shipyards Ltd and they were delivered in December 2003 and March 2004, respectively. The third vessel, Agios Efstratios, was built in Greece by the Hellenic Shipyards S.A and was delivered in June of 2004.
The ships are named after Greek islets, have lenght of 58m and bare a single Oto-Melara 30mm cannon and 2 x .50'' machine guns.

Delos Class PB
(Abeking & Rasmussen Design)

In the period 1977-1978, a total of 10 boats were built at the Skaramaga Shipyards, of which 3 for the Hellenic Navy (Delos class), 3 for the SDOE (Finance Crime police) and 4 for the Coastguard (LS 010, 020, 030, 040). In 2002 the 3 boats of SDOE were given to the LS but only 2 of them were servisable and finally joined the service as LS 015 and 025 (they differed from 4 already existing only in the design of the front of the superstructure).
The dimensions of the boats are 29 x 5 x 1.7m. and their displacement 86 tons. They have 2 MTU-12V-331 engines, which ensure a maximum speed of 27 knots . The armament consists of two esters (with shield) for 20mm Oerlikon guns.
