Hello everyone! Today I present the USS Chicago, CG-11, an Albany-class guided missile cruiser. She has been made as a Baltimore-class heavy gun cruiser before retrofitted extensively as a missile cruiser. ![[ img ]](https://i.imgur.com/XmmacWi.png) The hull of the Chicago has been drawn by Colosseum as the USS Baltimore. I do wonder how they managed to solve the top-weight issue on her? BTW. Remember to add on the missiles, they should be placed above the ship. - AAW missile pointing up - ASuW missile pointing horizontally The drawing should also be put on a proper template: - https://i.imgur.com/l3ORWR2.png - whit shipbucket logo, down in the right corner oh she is quite and update, from that one we have in the archive |

I'm very happy to see this finally represented. One of my favorites, and it's an excellent drawing. How solid is your sourcing on the paint scheme of the ship's boats? I can't specifically lock down 1963, but none of the color photos I've seen from the 1960s show haze gray. |
