The update looks great!

In Combat Fleet's of the World ('89 edition I think) there was a note about a war time configuration with six Penguin, Mk32 SVTT, Mistral SAM, and sonar.

However, it is possible to equip the ships with a 76 mm cannon, Penguin missiles, CIWIS and an extra row of depth charges. With the phasing in of the NSM, it is unclear whether it is possible to install NSM on the Nordkapp-class.

This on is the war-time equipt (the old one):

The NORDKAPP-class will not carry NSMs. They still retain the capacity to carry Penguins, but this hasn't been trained on since the early 2000s.

If you look at this picture, you'll see a raised empty platform with railings right next to the lifeboat and liferafts, amidships. This is the Mistral ring, where a Mistral Simbad can be installed if needed.
