Looks good so far. I would go with the thicker barrels, unless anyone more experienced shipbucketeers disagree.

100mm Guns get a two pixel thick barrel. They are right at the edge, and I would look to see if there are any other guns of this type already drawn for an IJN ship.

IMHO the 3px. thick barrel looks better, but as Tim said it's on the fence.

I have found only the front-shielded ones (barrel lenght matches), the full-enclosed turret seems not to be around; adjusted the barrel thickness meanwile, so little update.

I'm having a bit troubles placing a flag because the masts are a bit too small, other than that she is pratically complete.

You could use the flag I use on my smaller IJN vessels. Here it is on the Yugumo:

The windows on the bridge look kinda wierd.. but im no expeet.
Beside that its a realy good drawing!
