Well, I changed the yellow color and, I don't know, it looks a little bit 'washed out' for. I'm usual one to go against historical accuracy, so what do you others think? Should I use this theme or something in between? I'm open for suggestions.

Agreed...I like the second one as well. It seems to have a...I don't know, more weathered, realistic look.

A lovely drawing of an elegant cruiser; and yes, we could say that the second colour was the first after some weathering? But it is very difficult to get these things right - even with colour guides; and my personal preference is for number one

It's a bit difficult. The first one looks better, but the second looks more realistic. The question may be if you go for the artistic or the realistic expression?
