HMS Revenge as she appeared during1916.

This will have one of Kim's excellent badges eventually, but until then this is open for comments etc.

This was no easy kitbash from Royal Oak backwards in time. I will be doing Royal Oak as she appeared in 1916, but there are a variety of details that differ between these ships around the foremast platforms and searchlight platforms aft and the best sources I found were for Revenge during this period. I'm still collecting info and I think I've got the topside changes nailed down for these ships. The below water bulges etc. are more tricky but I'm piecing together what they probably looked like.

Drawings will include:
Resolution 1918 & 1935 & 1936 & 1942 & 1944
Revenge 1933 & 1939
Ramillies 1935
Royal Oak - Operation Catherine monitor (not necessarily 100% accurate but a real-world project)
I might even throw in Renown, Repulse and Resistance as never-weres too!

If the Revenge is shown as of Jutland, please refer to the battle flags of the 5th BS as depicted in a previous thread by me. Trust me, adding the battle flags will add drama to the picture! Otherwise just a terrific drawing!

I have edited Revenge with Kim's excellent new unofficial badge for HMS Revenge and added the drawing to p.1.

HMS Resolution as she appeared in 1918 with her bulges, modified from those fitted to Ramillies. Again, note the different bridge and spotting top arrangements. Resolution by 1918 had her secondary armament directors fitted and had flying-off platforms.
