15 of these ships were built in USA in the early years of WW2 to be lend-leased to Great Britain.

Are you sure about that gun?
If I'm not mistaken that's a postwar model. The Mk 24 RF if memory serves.
Now, I don't know what gun exactly this ship carried, but in all propability, it was the Mark 22.

All I know it's 3"/50 dual purpose mount. But you're probably right; I'l try to find the correct version of the gun or to draw one if I have to :)

Very nice, but I think the 3"/50 looks too small compared to the 40mm guns, aft.
