This year the Royal Danish Airforce implement The MH-60R Seahawk, which shall support the Royal Danish Navy's Thetis, Absalon and Huitfeldt classes vessels. For the four Thetis class vessels it meant that the current hangars had to be rebuild, because they weren't big enough. I decide to draw the Thetis class in the 2016 version, but found that MConrad's fine drawing need an update. The Lynx many details (the Lynx, the colur, the gun etc.) had been improved since the first days of sb. Beside that I think MConrad had based his drawing after official line drawings, and as many of you know, the real ship has often changed details. I found some, which I've corrected. My first post will be the original MConrad drawing, which I'm very fond of, and the updated version beneath. I will later follow up with the sister ship HDMS Triton, who differs (together with the two others in class) with a different stern.

Will look better when you remove all the grey lines/boxes, Kim.

Nice Coat of Arms :)

I'm not sure, I know what you're pointing at?

In the second drawing with the COA, there is two light grey outlined boxes.
1, above the helicopter
2, below the 50m on the size bar
3, just above the bridge is a line going up at 30 degrees to intersect a corner with two other lines at distance that if joined up would make another box outline.

IMHO, the way the skeg is shaded makes it look very voluptuous, rather than what I assume is a fairly narrow structure.

Otherwise, this is a nice update/redraw so far.

:o Thanks for pointing that out. I couldn't see it on my screen, but with a fill of pink I've found the the blamages, which are now fixed :D

You may have right, but I can't find good quality sources to change the shading which is kept from MCorad's original. :?

Judging from what can be glimpsed in the pictures, the shaft area in Kim's drawing doesn't look that bad. Maybe tone down the darker shading a couple of lines so it looks less cylindrical?
On the other hand, are these active stabilizers?

Ιt is possible for Τhetis to have active stabilisers, Νorth Αtlantic is notorious for its waves.

Does they have Μk75 gun?

wiki say:
1 × 76 mm 62-cal. OTO Melara Super Rapid DP

but then it is basicly the same gun, Mk75 is the "US" licence build gun of the OTO Melara...
