Excellent job, Kim!

As a matter of fact, I'm seriously considering now to open a new topic with the whole Type22 series, instead of posting them under separate threads as I've done previously. And I also ponder posting the ships in a chronological order with their foreign identities next to the original British one.I sense that I now need to really go over the drawings once more to ensure they are up to the extremelyhigh standard offered by Kim's fab crests!

Anyway... till I get my idea worked out I'll continue to post new versions, and in many cases edited ones of the ships, with Kim Werner's splendid coats-of-arms.

So here are the two variants of the Almirante Williams (ex-HMS Sheffield, F96). The first one shows her as delivered, in 2002, without SCOT radomes, exocet and 30mm guns.

The second shows AW as she appears today, fully modernised and with Barak PDMS abreast her funnel, and a 76 OTO-Melara at the bow.

Wow, at this rate the 22's will need their own sub-folder. ;D

:D :D :D :D :D
Mission completed :!: I've done the brazilian COA's (F47 Dodsworth and F49 Rademaker) and - BIG SURPRISE! - the romanian F211 Regele Ferdinand too! By searching on romania language I've found her COA in a romanian homepage. Now we have confirmed, that the romanian navy also use COA's for their vessels. Now don't you believe I'm able to talk or read romanian  but there is translation possibilities.

Yeah, these are amazing! Will you be doing the type 23s next?

I remember going to Navy Days in Plymouth when I was about 10 and going on Broadsword and Brilliant. I thought it was the best thing ever. They did a mini-documentary series on HMS Brilliant about 15 years ago, does anyone remember watching it?

KW, would it be possible to get you to draw a few Danish CoAs?
Specifically the Willemoes, Huitfeldt, Sjælland and MTB squadron
