Excellent work, this is a real stunner with some lovely shading and of course the flags must have taken ages to draw and get right too.

Thanks.

It's not so difficult to draw the flags; it is enough to fill with a pattern. There are also representations of those flags on the web and so it's easier to replicate . It is more laborious to replicate the Christ and shields of the flags, and especially the gilt of the hull (I don't think they didn't look good).

Greetings

Spain. A-71 Juan Sebastián Elcano

[ img ]

The Juan Sebastián Elcano (A-71) is the school ship of the Spanish Navy. Was built between 1925 and 1928 in Cadiz (Spain) and since then it has performed a training cruise every year with the cadets of the Naval Academy. It has a barquentine rig, mixed propulsion and exhausts the fumes through a hollow mast.

Is named after the first navigator to circumnavigate the world. The coat of arms, which is that of the Elcano family, bears the words "PRIMUS CIRCUNDEISTI ME".

A second unit, the Esmeralda, was acquired by the Chilean Navy.

Greetings,

Great work!
I would just make the portholes/windows less dark.
