I don't think this ship really needs an introduction (sadly) but I will mention its history briefly, Dona Paz (originally Himeyuri Maru) was a Philippines operated Passenger ferry that was destroyed by fire in 1987 after a tanker (MT/MV Vector) collided with the ship causing a massive explosion and oil spill, in total over 4000 people were killed in the following fire and smoke making it the worst ever peacetime maritime disaster on record, I have so far only done the ship based around how it looked in the 1980s after its last refit (from Don Sulpicio to Dona Paz) but I am working on the ship when it was first built in Japan, and later when first sold to Sulpicio line (before the First fire which led to its drastic rebuild)

while working on this I only had one detailed photo showing the ship from the front and many others of her during her earlier careers, so its a lot of guesswork sadly (but it should be mostly accurate as the refit only rebuilt the superstructure forward of the funnel)

my next projects after this will most likely be Regent Sky (never actually completed cruise ship) and Yarmouth Castle (another victim of fire)

A good drawing, and it's good to see some more merchant / passenger ships.

thank you both! (I've always preferred Merchant ships, for me they are easier to do as there is USUALLY more photos available...though not in this ones case sadly)

@Kanlung
It looks quite nice (except for the aft mast), but I suggest You use standard 1000x330px template with scale bar etc.
