I found the below picture of an idea for conversion of BB61-66 hulls to CVs on the Internet somewhere. I have started drawing and have a pretty good base to work on so far, but don't feel I can do the drawing justice by myself with regards to electronics, details etc.

It would be good to work with someone who has drawn large carriers before, preferably US WWII era. Drawing later (ie 50s-60s) versions of this 'never-built' carrier would look good I think.

Anyways, if you're interested let me know!

Well your prefered list of people to work with would fit on one hand. I'm not on the list, but I'll consider it.

Ok, I've been working on this a little, below is what I have so far. I'm hoping to do both side views and a plan view a la bombhead.

Has anyone done/could anyone do a better top view of the 5" 38s?

If you read the drawing title, the answer is yes ;)

I know what you mean, but I was referring to the starboard-top-port view that bombhead uses with great effect to illustatrate carriers 8-)
