MS Warszawa II was never completed as a passenger ship. While being built in Dutch shipyards in 1940 she was captured by the invading Germans and later used as a U-boat tender. After the war she was returned to Poland but was in a very poor condition so they scrapped her; only her engine was re-used in a cargo ship.

The drawing is based on the original project plan and some artist impression of a completed vessel.

That's a great one WhyMe! Never heard of her before. She isn't featured in the well known book "Damned by destiny", which deals solely with never built or never finished liners. And Dutch built as well! Great stuff, thanks!
