Hmm, I think I should cut down some of the superstructure and change the gun for Batch 1 with a localized Dardo.

If you cut any more off the superstructure where will the stuff go that is in said superstructure? You can't just lop a bit off.

Then should I switch the rear 76/62 mount to a localized 40mm gun?

Changes:
The rear 76/62mm gun has been changed to a localized 40mm Dardo gun.
The Anti ship missile of both version has been changed to a local missile system.

PS: New FFG and Clara Class for the Coast Guard would be coming soon!

Post Updated. New FFG with I-Mast is closing in!
(P.S: Can I-Mast direct ESSM and SM-2 MR?)

the I-mast can most likely guide ESSM, but this is unconfirmed as of yet and might need additional systems (such as the director on top of the mast instead of the satcom, I drew that one on the dutch part sheet) it might also depend on which version, the I-mast 500 is much more likely to guide ESSM then the 50.
it certainly cannot guide SM-2.

Then for an ASW ship with 32-Tube Mk.41 VLS, should I include SM-2 if I am using I-Mast 500?

Umm, actually would a General Purpose Frigate require SM-2. For the guidance, just stuck two STIR-240 on and all done.
