:o Perfect! May I use the bridge you've done? :) Its really fitted what I thought! My only concern is the stacks, will I have to raise them to prevent smoke from smothering the bridge with a stern breeze?

The funnels do indeed look too short and squat for an early cruiser in my opinion, possibly limiting draught for the boilers and hence reducing performance. Then again smoke obscuring the bridge was not uncommon in early steamships, the Japanese and British appear to have had the most problems in that regard.

Only a cruiser by name ;)

Think raising the funnels by 5-7ft should do the trick

Just posting these to see if anyone can pick up any obvious flaws I may have missed before I finalize the plan view on the first on and can make headway on the the other views (Yes I still need to do props, anchors and rudder on the Cape Class ;) )

Nice. Maybe a good idea, though, to raise the height of the fore funnel to reduce smoke interference on bridge personnel. A couple of ventilators for the midships boiler room may be helpful also.

Nice work, I like the collier especially, just be sure that the aft and side views agree on the shape of the hull. ;)
