This thread will serve as a repository for any drawings, wiki articles, maps, stories, etc that correspond to the SMSWorld. We have been actively creating a wiki article and I expect to be posting some new drawings for this universe shortly. This is the game world where my age-old "North Point" AU exists.

To start us off, here is the map of the SMSWorld (large file warning): https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/161 ... loEdit.png

As should be obvious the terrain is still being actively worked on as well as the history of the entire world.

Drawings to follow in a bit...

Gorgeous work on that map! I'm looking forward to seeing more of it.

The first of the drawings to be completed... a fleet disposition of the North Point Sea Command's missile boats:

Many of you think of the Alaska as "my ship" but modifying the Saar 4 and Saar 4.5 class missile boats was the first thing I ever did with Shipbucket. ;)

And another, this time one of the small units deployed to Questers during the rebellion.

I like the FACs. Personally, I always favored the German boats, but I thought I read that they originated from the same design as the French ones. I note that you're going with two types of missile for some of them; I take it that the Not-Harpoon isn't good for short range? Also, funny to see Western FACs without the WM-25, as I thought it was practically universal to them.

The "RGM-94 Sea Lance" is the SMSWorld equivalent to RGM-84 Harpoon. "RGM-119 Frigate Bird" is the SMSworld equivalent to the Israeli Gabriel missile. My understanding is that the Israeli boats shipped the Gabriel missile before the later craft were outfitted to carry the Harpoon. My guess is that a similar evolution happened for these boats.

Re: the radar fit, I just kept whatever was on the Israeli ships. I'm no expert on modern systems!

A long time in the making, and North Point finally gets an FD-scale Army aviation entry!

North Point's missile boat force is would make anyone think twice about approaching its islands. With so many potential hiding spots and such a heavy SSM punch, they are an ideal asset.

Spectacular work here guys. Those helos, especially the HC.3, look great Mist.
