Without downloading the image and "measuring" it on PDN, my guess would be

OA Lenght: ~540 feet

Draft: ~ 20 feet max

If we put the beam at say 56 feet (which almost matches the Real Life Capitani Romani's length/Beam Ratio) I'd guess displacement is probably at least in the 6000-7000 ton range, but that's being conservative and having a nagging feeling that it's probably closer to that of a SpruCan

Beam would probably be closer to 60, at least 57.5 feet or so.

Here, since it's not taking at Wesworld (someone had an independent shipyard and basically almost ruined the game  ) I decided to just fully option it out, so to speak:

Still thinking of a name.

Oh, well, hello there Parador!

Clearly it seems that China has actually picked up interest. I've posted the specs earlier in the thread, and the weapons fit is customizable - I imagine you'd be using German 10.5cm guns. I've also been thinking of making a seaplane carrier based on this hull, which I think would be an excellent replacement for China's own German-based designs.

Mind that our system really doesn't handle "independent shipyards" at all - and we are all naval enthusiasts who pretty much want to do things our own way. Actually the previous example, as obnoxious as it was, only got one outside customer - me.

A seaplane carrier would be cool. Would it be like the Bering Strait or the Langley?

Uhhh...it would have a hangar and launch facilities on the fantail and probably be on a very different hull.

Using your dimensions I resimmed my designs. Dropping the high speed requirement really helped the design a lot...
