I don't agree.
Cutting down the hight of the superstructure will seriously compromise his ability to maintain his helicopters during long deployments. He simply doesn't have the space to pull an engine for example.
Also, what difference is two 12.7mm guns going to do cost wise?
Ice strengthening and well decks don't go all that well together.

ok, I will first finish the topvieuw of the ship so it will be more clear how the ship looks like.

Point A: Yes it is an vehicle deck, im not planning a real ''well deck'' in side the ship but more like a stern ramp floating in the water were the Landing Craft can lower their own ramp on so the vehicle's can drive onboard.
Point B:I dont think the RHIB + Hangar will be a problem because the hangar isn't over the whole beam of the ship.
Point C: On this point i will go with Thiel.
Point D: I will rethink the weapon suite and maybe replace the 76mm for a '' fitted for Bofors 57mm MK3''

The other points i will be working on it when i again have some time.

Well decks and ice strengthening doesn't go well together because an ice strengthened ship has it's frames spaced closer together than you average ship. It's more pronounced at the bow than the rest of the ship, but even at the stern the frames will be significantly closer together.
Since a well-deck is essentially a big hole cut into the stern of the ship, you can't have any frames there at all.

Also, one look at that well-deck you've drawn should show you that there isn't room for it. Look at the pods, those things aren't just bolted onto the hull, they have massive steering gears, in some cases almost as big as the pod itself, above them.

here a WIP of the top vieuw, its not a beauty but just indication how it looks.
the 2nd topvieuw is the inside of the hangar and rhib bay.

Also redone some of the points that were told me:
* Lowerd the vehicle deck + ramp
* Adding a stern ramp for cargo transfer on sea
* Removed the 76 mm
* Adding the ''ice covers'' for the bow thrusters

* Aditional info on the hull , the ship has a A1 Ice Classification.
* The portholes can be coverd in critical situations and during the night.

:geek:
Your top view demonstrate a beam of +/- 34 meters (aft)

Some sources on the web claim a lenght of 210 meters with a 28 meters beam for the canadian JSS.
At the same time, some sources on the web claim a length of 205m and a beam of 30 meters for the newer Dutch JSS.

Likely a too large beam aft for your ship :|
