I changed it, the cutlass now has four five inchers.

It is quite reasonable. But then again, the vulnerability of the artillery is too high. One good shot even a small caliber projectile - 75-88 mm - will bring down half of the artillery.

Why do you need double turret? You have quite enough room for two more singles!
